Our brief was to create an instantly recognisable brand that encompasses a company bringing revolutionary new technology and experiences to the world of VR sports streaming.
YBVR is an innovative, fast moving tech start-up that builds immersive VR solutions for the sports and entertainment industries. Based in Silicon Valley, with a presence in over six markets, they’re building the next generation of VR video distribution platforms. Passionate about re-defining the way in which fans experience sports and live events, we were the perfect agency fit to commission the creation of YBVR 2.0!
YBVR 1.0 needed a complete overhaul. YBVR 2.0 had to instantly showcase YBVR’s futuristic and revolutionary capabilities.
A new exciting mobile first, user experience and visually led website was required, which also had to effectively generate and convert new leads.
YBVR’s product offerings are complex and when explaining this to the layman, contained a significant amount of techy jargon. Presenting this in a visually appealing and easy to understood way was our biggest challenge (we think we nailed it!).
To aid the sales team, we created a series of product one-pagers. Outlining YBVR’s product offering in a simplified but aesthetically pleasing written medium.

Digital Playmakers branding team created an identity that represents YBVR’s passion for transforming industries via the world of VR. Encompassing innovative characteristics within a visually-pleasing framework, and creating a perception of dynamism and futuristic tech through the use of an electric blue background with a contrasting white font.
The new B2B website design was created with performance and branding in-mind. Built to show consistency in branding, simple navigation and lightning fast loading times. Enabling YBVR to effectively showcase their B2B product offerings and effectively fill the sales pipeline.
YBVR’s explainer video looks fantastic! The video contains heavy animation, visual effects and 3D rendering, which is vital for marketing a company offering virtual reality services! The video effectively highlights the company’s values, services and products in a compelling way and inspirational way.
YBVR’s social media got a full Digital Playmakers makeover. LinkedIn and Twitter were the focus and we designed weekly B2B and B2C social media posts, significantly increasing brand awareness and engagement KPI’s across the board. Spreading key information about YBVR’s innovative new technology.
Using platform data, we were able to successfully optimise posts and grew YBVR’s following by over 92%, reaching decision makers in their target industries throughout the globe .
